The requirement of the 5 domOS demonstration sites drove the design of the domOS architecture, which is now deployed in the context of multiple building topologies, multiple energy services and multiple IoT platforms.
APPROACH
Integrating all energy appliances in buildings into a coherent energy management system is still a challenge. domOS has elaborated a pragmatic architecture to simplify this integration drastically.
The research consortium includes ten partners from five different European countries representing all stages of the value chain for smart energy services in buildings.
